Coach Mentors

Individualized, 1:1 in-home and community-based support that helps students practice, generalize, and strengthen IEP-aligned skills beyond the school day.

Who We Are

Coach-Mentors partners with school districts, CSE teams, and families to deliver individualized, 1:1 support for students with IEPs. Our work extends learning beyond the classroom by helping students practice and generalize IEP-driven skills at home and in the community—where independence, emotional regulation, and functional growth develop most effectively.

We collaborate closely with district staff, related service providers, and clinical teams to ensure seamless alignment with all educational, behavioral, and therapeutic goals. Our supports reinforce what students are learning in school while building the real-world skills needed for meaningful progress.
