Who We Are

Coach-Mentors partners with school districts, CSE teams, and families to deliver individualized, 1:1 support for students with IEPs. Our services help students practice and generalize IEP-driven skills at home and in the community—where independence, emotional regulation, and functional growth develop most effectively.

We coordinate closely with district staff and service providers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with all educational and clinical goals.

Qualifications

Coach-Mentors ensures a strong match between each student and their assigned coach-mentor.

Our staff are:

  • Carefully screened, vetted, and supervised
  • Experienced with diverse learning, behavioral, and mental health profiles
  • Trained in trauma-informed and strengths-based practices
  • Skilled at interdisciplinary collaboration

 

When required by a student’s IEP or profile, coach-mentors may also have:

  • ABA training/certification (RBT, BCaBA)
  • Crisis intervention (SCIP or equivalent)
  • Specialized behavioral/SEL training

Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience supporting students across special education, including those with complex developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs.
